Little Rock, AR. The Barg Gray Clinic in Little Rock, AR is seeking a BE/BC Med/Peds (or Family Medicine Physician) to join two physicians in their well established, faith based practice. The patient volume will be roughly 25-35 patients per day. The practice is primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient pediatrics coverage. Call is rotated among the physicians one week at a time and will be 1:3 once the new physician begins. The practice is located on the campus of Baptist Health, the largest healthcare system in Arkansas. The compensation is initially provided in the form of an income guarantee with a production bonus. Partnership is available after the first year or two and income is then based on a production contract.
